We were delighted to be actively involved in the early phases of crafting this residence. In the conception stage, our aim was to infuse a contemporary aesthetic into the neighborhood, while honoring the timeless mid century design of the era when these lots were initially planned. Careful consideration went into designing the home with the foresight to seamlessly transition to the client's chosen modular home manufacturer, achieving minimal construction disturbance within the neighborhood.
